Sistine Chapel, St. Peters & More!

The most well-known part of Vatican city is this panel here, from the Sistine chapel. However, many people don't know, for example, that Adam took three days for Michaelangelo to paint, and when they x-rayed this panel in the 1980's, they discovered parts of Adam were painted with just one brush stroke!
Vatican City contains the largest museum in the world, and is responsible for the first museum in the world open to the public - the Capitoline, also in Rome.
The Vatican museum is 14 kilometers, little less than 2,000 rooms - and, don't forget, the Sistine chapel.
We know how to avoid long lines without making the tour too expensive. The museum offers vouchers to enter at a reserved time - for a price - or you can go with us and avoid the extra cost.
We will describe the important panels of the Sistine chapel ceiling as well as the important figures in the Last Judgement, and on the way, we will also see some masterpieces by Raphael, take a look the Vatican gardens, walk through various halls filled with ancient Roman statues - some that Michaelangelo admired, the Gallery of Tapestries, Gallery of Maps (we give you the history of these galleries and point out the important details), and -

St. Peters Church!
Largest church in the world, containing the largest bronze sculpture in the world and Michaelangelo's Pieta, the tomb of St. Peter, etc, etc.

A truly overwhelming experience!

Bring water, bring snacks, bring a good camera! Photography is allowed through the entire musem and St. Peters, but not in the Sistine chapel.
