A Tours of Rome guide will meet you at the assigned meeting point, equipped with maps of the city.
Taxi's and museum entrance fees are not included. Entrance fees are accepted at tour time in cash Euros. (Most museums and restaurants in Italy accept only cash.) Some sights like the Coliseum may require an entrance fee for children, please ask us about specific sites and entrance fees if this is a concern.
Please make sure shoulders and knees are covered when visiting churches and basilicas. Dress codes can be strictly enforced by security at some locations. We cannot be held responsible for guests who are denied access to sites due to improper dress.
Payments for itineraries are accepted by cash.
Reservations must be paid in full at the scheduled departure time. Reservations made less then 24 hours in advance cannot guarantee a group size.
Please call us the day before your scheduled itinerary to confirm the itinerary is still as scheduled. Rome is a dynamic city and itinerary details can shift unexpectedly from time to time.
Please arrive early, departure times are exact - We are not sticklers and we know your plans can change unexpectedly due a variety of reasons. Refunds ARE AVAILABLE for Group itineraries even if it is less then 24 hours prior to departure time. Just send us an email or phone request for a missed itinerary refund, or the itinerary can be exchanged for a new reservation. If for some reason Tours of Rome needs to cancel an itinerary, you will be completely refunded at least 48 hours after the scheduled itinerary departure time.

Guarantees, Flexible Terms and Conditions - Private Tours:
A Tours of Rome guide will meet you at your hotel lobby, if it is located with in the walls of the historic city center. All guides have cell phones and they will handle communicating with taxi drivers, as well as providing your party with city maps.

The new reservation must be made with in one year of the canceled itinerary. If, for some reason Tours of Rome needs to cancel an itinerary, you will be completely refunded at least 48 hours after the scheduled itinerary departure time.
The balance due for your reservation must be paid in full at the departure time for each itinerary. Only cash payments are accepted at the departure time.
