We
decided to throw a web site together and let you know there is more to
taking a tour than cruiseships, headsets, matching baseball caps and
guides you can't understand or can't be bothered with your questions.
We are all native English speaking guides with relative degrees, and
all with at least 4 years experience as guides in Rome. And, sometimes
we are humorous . . .

1 or 2 day full tours of Rome for private families or larger groups. If
you have trouble walking, we'll arrange chairs and cars for you - just
let us know.
One of the differences between us and "them"? If you have a special
interest that we are not experienced in presenting - we will try to
find a guide from another reputable company who does specialize in your
interest.
How's that for service?
Here's another difference: We are not machines that say the same thing over and over, day after day.
We continually update, debate and challenge each other with various topics regarding the fields we cover. History, art and archeology are at times speculative sciences - and at times there are new discoveries, broadening our field of knowledge. It was only last year, for example, that the Lupercal was discovered - where the legendary twin boys, Romulus and Remus were fed by the she-wolf - but, more importantly, where Julius Caesar was "offered the kingly crown three times, and three times he refused". - from the speach of Marc Antony during the funeral of Julius Caesar.
